Departments

Mountain Community Health offers a wide range of comprehensive health services, including Medical Services, Dental Care, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), and Behavioral Health. Our Medical Services encompass primary care, family planning, newborn and pediatric care, adult and geriatric medicine, laboratory services, and vaccinations. Our Dental Care services include quality, patient-centered dental care for the entire family. We also offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders and Behavioral Health services to address mental health and wellness goals.

We provide a variety of resources to support our patients' health and well-being, including patient forms, COVID-19 information, and nutrition resources. Our patient portal allows easy access to medical records and communication with healthcare providers.
