Prior to founding Synchronicity, Cynthia held a pivotal position as the Senior Vice President of Licensing for Leisure Concepts, Inc., where she masterfully steered the licensing sales for a wide array of popular properties, including Nintendo of America, the World Wrestling Federation, Treasure Trolls, and The Incredible Crash Dummies. Her track record speaks volumes, with over 1000 licensing deals closed across diverse categories, generating substantial retail sales exceeding $500 million and unparalleled consumer brand awareness.
