Our Experience

With over 85 years of experience and three generations of auctioneers, we have honed our skills to provide exceptional services to our clients. Our team, led by Jay Wilson, has conducted auctions in Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin, and has a deep understanding of the local market. Jay Wilson, a lifelong resident of Annawan, Illinois, has over 30 years of experience as an Illinois licensed auctioneer and real estate broker. He has a strong educational background, including a degree in Ag Production/Ag Mechanics from Blackhawk College East and a graduate of the International College of Auctioneers.

Our Legacy

Our family's legacy in the auction business dates back to 1935 when Lawrence VanHyfte started conducting auctions. His daughter, Elaine (VanHyfte) Wilson, and her husband, Bud (Arthur) Wilson, continued the tradition, and now Jay Wilson has taken the reins. We are proud of our heritage and strive to continue the tradition of honesty, integrity, and excellence that our founders instilled in us.
