Our heated shop spaces are designed to meet the needs of both small and medium businesses. Each unit comes with in-floor heat, floor drains, and a wash sink. Additionally, all heated shop space units have bathroom access, which can be either common, shared, or single tenant depending on the number of units occupied. With a total of 800 amps of onsite power, each unit is equipped with a 6-breaker electrical panel (3 phase, 220 and 120 available) to cater to your electrical needs.

For those looking for a place to store their personal belongings, we offer a variety of mini storage units. These units are perfect for RV storage, boat storage, and everything in between. We have several sizes to choose from, and our rental terms are 3 months minimum with a 2-month advanced deposit required.

Security

We take the security of our clients' properties seriously. Our entire premise is under 24/7 security camera surveillance. We have state-of-the-art cameras pointing in virtually every direction, looking at all entry and exit points as well as the overhead storage doors. These cameras are infrared, can see at night, and have forensic zoom capabilities. You won't find this level of security at most other facilities.
