Services
Office Cleaning
Our office cleaning service maintains pristine work environments through scheduled maintenance and deep cleaning solutions. Using industry-leading equipment and eco-friendly products, we ensure minimal disruption during business hours while maintaining strict health and safety compliance. Our trained professionals deliver consistent quality through regular management inspections and tailored service agreements.
Bird Spikes and Netting
We install humane bird deterrent systems including spikes and netting to protect commercial properties from pest birds. Our solutions prevent nesting on balconies, roofs, and window ledges while maintaining building aesthetics. Each installation follows a free site survey to determine the most effective bird prevention strategy for specific architectural features.
Sharps Removal
Our specialized sharps removal service safely handles needles, syringes, and other hazardous waste materials. Trained technicians use protective equipment and follow strict disposal protocols to eliminate health risks. We provide both reactive removal and proactive site sweeps for high-risk areas and transitional properties across Edinburgh and Lothians.
Stair Cleaning
We offer comprehensive stairway cleaning including carpet vacuuming, hard floor mopping, and fixture polishing for commercial buildings. Our service extends beyond basic cleaning to include deep cleaning of landings, lifts, and communal areas. Flexible scheduling options accommodate weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance requirements.
Property Clearance
Our property clearance service handles end-of-tenancy cleaning, biohazard removal, and waste disposal for residential and commercial properties. Specialized teams manage hazardous materials, obsolete equipment, and general waste while adhering to SEPA regulations. We provide complete exterior and interior restoration services for housing associations and property managers.
