At The Learning Circle, we believe that children learn best through play and positive relationships. That's why we offer a range of programs tailored to the developmental needs of children at different stages, from infants to school-age children. Our program goals focus on facilitating play, building language and communication skills, increasing vocabulary, promoting physical and mental development, and fostering social and emotional well being.

Our infant program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for babies, with a focus on facilitating play and enabling them to function in positive relationships with others. Our toddler program promotes building language, developing communication, increasing vocabulary, building muscles and coordination, and helping children become problem solvers. Our preschool program prepares children for school by building strong minds with the "tools of the mind" necessary for a successful life, such as self-regulation, patience, and fairness. Our school-age program offers a variety of activities that enhance children's education, such as dramatics, table games, games, arts, field trips, crafts, pets, gardening, using the computer, and relaxation.

At The Learning Circle, we are committed to providing Tender, Loving Care (TLC) to every child in our program. We are proud of our low turnover rates for staff, and our close-knit and family-oriented atmosphere. Our curriculum and teaching methods promote "Brain Power, " maximizing your child's ability to think, reason, plan, and follow through as he or she gains skills and self-confidence. Our Story

The Learning Circle Kids Academy began as a dream for founder, Michelle Hill-Jack, in 1983. Starting out in another building, Michelle began caring for children in a small setting. As her family grew, so did her vision for the program, leading her to expand and renovate her family home in 1989. Today, the Learning Circle serves up to 50 children in a warm and welcoming environment that feels like a "home away from home" for many families.

Michelle's daughter, Carrie Schoenberger, is now the on-site Center Director, and many of our staff members are former students of the program. We are proud to be a multi-generational community, where children love to come and learn in a family-friendly atmosphere.
