Disappointing Experiences with Casa Real
Several reviewers have had unfortunate experiences with Casa Real, a property management company. The reviews highlight a lack of professionalism, uncooperative staff, and issues with properties.
Unprofessional Treatment
Deb L. had a particularly unpleasant experience with St. Clair, a representative of Casa Real. She recounts that St. Clair tried to force her elderly mother to pay outstanding taxes, which was not only unacceptable but also put her mother in a worrisome situation. Deb refused to leave the office until St. Clair agreed to pay the taxes.
Poor Property Maintenance
Andrew B. also had issues with Casa Real. He and his family rented a house from the company, but the backyard was in a dire state. Despite their efforts to maintain the yard, the company charged them $250 for needed work on the yard, which they felt was unfair.
Disappointing Service
