About Our Coaches
Our team of coaches includes Ryan Largay, a certified personal trainer and strength coach with a Bachelor's degree in applied exercise science. Ryan has extensive experience working with clients of all ages and skill levels and specializes in creating personalized workout plans tailored to each individual's goals.
Kellie Largay, a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, runs our nutrition coaching program. With a focus on nutrition for weight loss and sports performance, Kellie has been practicing nutrition since 2015 and holds certifications in precision nutrition and hormone specialization.
Leanne Bernier, a certified personal trainer with a specialty in functional fitness, works with clients to improve their ability to perform everyday activities and athletic pursuits. Leanne is also a whitewater kayaking coach and has competed in various mountain sports events.
Ashley Holly, a registered dietitian, has worked in integrative oncology, diabetes, and wellness throughout her career. She is passionate about combining concepts of happiness and wellbeing with nutrition coaching and believes in the power of honesty, vulnerability, and normalizing imperfection.
