Our Story
Founded in 2004, Flightcheck Commercial Aviation Services began operations at Chicago O'Hare International Airport in April 2006. Since then, we have expanded our line maintenance locations to include Washington-Dulles International Airport, Baltimore/Washington International Airport, Las Vegas-McCarran International Airport, Rockford International Airport, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, Charleston International Airport, Hilton Head Island Airport, Bradley International Airport, and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. We are proud to be an FAA and EASA certified part 145 repair station, holding several other government approvals and employing ATA 104 Level III trained Aircraft Engineers.
Our Services
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including on-call maintenance through B checks, fully staffed 24/7/365 maintenance support, aircraft de-icing and heating, and specialty tooling and manpower support. Our capabilities also extend to avionics shop services, including Pitot Static (RVSM), Transponder, and ILS test capabilities, as well as NDT Level I Sheet Metal and Composite Shop services.
Aircraft De-icing
Our aircraft de-icing services are performed by qualified de-ice personnel and aircraft engineers, utilizing the latest technology and equipment, including Trump 2000-2 de-ice units. We take pride in our efficient and environmentally friendly de-icing procedures, using Cryotech's Polar type 1 and 4 fluids, which offer outstanding holdover times and fully biodegradable properties.
Training
At Flightcheck, we are committed to providing high-quality training solutions for the aviation industry. Our in-house instructor staff is qualified to teach to EASA Part 147 standards on a range of fleet types, including Boeing and Airbus models. We offer external training solutions to help our clients meet their training needs and maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.
