Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We aim to meet each child's individual cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and creative needs by offering a curriculum that promotes learning through dramatic play, music and movement, science, literature, Bible teaching, language skills, creative arts, and gross and fine motor development.

Our Programs

At Community Christian Preschool & Daycare, we offer a range of programs designed to cater to the diverse needs of our children. Our programs include:

• Preschool: A program designed for children aged 2.5-3 years old, focusing on socialization, emotional intelligence, and fundamental skills.
• Pre-Kindergarten: A program designed for children aged 4-5 years old, focusing on preparing them for kindergarten and building their cognitive and social skills.
• Daycare: A program designed for children who need care beyond the hours of Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten classes, providing morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack.
• Before and After School Care: A program designed for children enrolled in Coventry Local Schools, providing early morning and after-school care.

Our team is made up of dedicated and certified staff who are passionate about providing excellent care and education to our children. Our team members are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.

About Us

Community Christian Preschool & Daycare has been serving the community for over 40 years, providing excellent care and education to children from all backgrounds. We are licensed by the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services and operate in cooperation with the Preschool Board of Community Church of Portage Lakes.
