Locally owned and operated since 1978, we specialize in condominium association repair, maintenance, and roof replacements. Over 2,000 condominium roof repairs are completed annually, along with over 1.8 million square feet of roof replacement projects annually. We have two offices serving our SW Florida condominium association and property manager customers, located in Lee County and Sarasota County.

Our Process

We employ experienced roofing technicians who are expert installers in their field of roofing. We install shingle, tile, metal, and low slope (flat) roofing for both our commercial and residential roofing customers. We specialize in high-wind applications for both steep and low slope roofing, and certain roof systems may be warranted to 120+ mph.
