Welcome to the Pancho Anaya Mexican Bakery, a family-owned business that has been creating authentic Mexican breads and pastries for over a century. Our story began in 1912 in Michoacan, Mexico, where the Anaya family perfected the art of baking traditional Mexican sweets using only the highest quality ingredients. Four generations later, we brought our passion for baking to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and today, we are proud to serve our community with three retail locations.

In 2020, we took a significant step forward by entering the manufacturing arena. We are now a national co-packer and wholesaler, supplying our products to restaurants and distributors across the United States. Our new state-of-the-art production line is scheduled for completion mid-2022, and we are excited to launch some new and amazing products this year.

Our new facility will enable us to produce on a larger scale, attracting more manufacturing opportunities while continuing to work with our local retailers and wholesalers. Our Products

At Pancho Anaya Mexican Bakery, we offer a wide range of traditional Mexican breads, cookies, desserts, and seasonal items. Our Pan Dulce, a sweet bread that is a staple in Mexican bakeries, is made with the finest ingredients, including butter, sugar, and eggs. We also offer a variety of Mexican cookies, such as Conchas, Polvorones, and Marranitos, all made from scratch.

Our Pan Blanco, a type of white bread, is perfect for making sandwiches or enjoying with a hot cup of coffee. We also have a selection of delicious desserts, including Tres Leches Cake, Churros, and Flan. Our seasonal items, such as Rosca de Reyes and Pan de Muerto, are only available during specific times of the year, making them even more special.

Our Story

Our story began in 1912 in Michoacan, Mexico, where the Anaya family started baking traditional Mexican sweets. The business was passed down from generation to generation, and in 1999, the fourth generation of the Anaya family brought their passion for baking to Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Today, the fifth generation of the Anaya family is carrying on the tradition of baking authentic Mexican breads and pastries. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients, and our products are made from scratch daily. We take pride in serving our community and are grateful for the support we have received over the years.

Our Locations

We have three retail locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where you can experience the authentic taste of Mexican baking. Our bakeries are open seven days a week, and we offer a wide range of products, including Pan Dulce, Pan Blanco, Mexican cookies, desserts, and seasonal items.
