Embrace the Farm, Embrace Life
Farm Camp, established in 1952, is a traditional, coed, overnight camp for children aged between 8 to 17. We are located less than 3 hours north of San Francisco, tucked away in the heart of the breathtaking Sonoma County Redwoods. Spanning over 500 acres, our camp is a mere 1.5 miles from the Pacific Coast Ocean, offering a serene and picturesque environment that is conducive to personal growth and development.
Why Farm Camp
At Farm Camp, we provide a unique and engaging experience that combines the charm of traditional summer camp activities with the educational and practical aspects of farm living. We aim to create a fun and safe environment that fosters independence and encourages the development of lasting friendships. Amidst the increasing prevalence of digital technology, our mission is to inspire campers to engage in hands-on activities, promote creative play, and facilitate learning through real-life experiences.
Our campers actively participate in caring for the animals and maintaining the farm, thereby providing fresh and nutritious ingredients for the camp's meals. This not only teaches respect for nature but also fosters a sense of responsibility and commitment.
