Background

Total Construction Services, Inc. is a family-owned and operated business, and we take great pride in our history and our commitment to the communities we serve. Keith Machleit, Owner and President of Total Construction Services, grew up in the Fredericksburg area and entered the construction field as a teenager. He learned early on that resourcefulness, dependability, teamwork, persistence, diligence, and integrity are important core values. In 1989, Keith began working for Total Construction Services, and in 2000, he started his own small construction company. In 2005, he was given the opportunity to purchase Total Construction Services, Inc., and he saw it as a great fit to join his own family business. Today, Keith is the father of three sons, and he hopes that one day they will join the business and carry it into the future.
