Partners in Learning, Inc. emerged in 1999 as a beacon of hope for young children with special needs and their families in the Southern New Jersey region. Founded by Dr. Kathleen McCabe-Odri, BCBA-D, the organization has evolved into a leading provider of inclusive early childhood education and intervention services.
