Renee is an expert in the management of challenging properties resulting from deferred maintenance, mismanagement, and tenancy issues. She is the current President of the Professional Property Managers Association of SF and has served on its board since 2010. Renee's experience includes owning and operating rental property, retail, and motels/hotels, as well as consulting internationally. She is the author of "How to Mitigate the Escalating Costs Against Tenant Security Deposits" and a committee member of the California Apartment Association Legislative.
