Quality is our Main Concern - Know us first.
Our Story
Sol Stone Winery is a family-owned producer of small lot wines sourced from distinguished Washington state vineyards. At the heart of our philosophy is enjoyment, friendship, and community engagement. Our journey began in 2001 when our children went to college in Walla Walla, Washington, where we visited them often. Surrounded by local winemakers, our interest in wine deepened, and we started making wine as a hobby with a group of friends. Over the years, we discovered the satisfaction of going through harvest and crush, and we began crafting wines that are enjoyed by fellow wine lovers and those interested in learning more.
Our Winemaking Philosophy
We believe that winemaking is a labor of love that requires dedication, passion, and a connection to the land. Our small lot wines are produced from the finest grapes from distinguished Washington state vineyards. We're fortunate to partner with supportive growers and vineyard managers from notable sites, giving us access to optimal wine grapes each harvest. Our winemaking philosophy is guided by the principles of enjoying the journey and sharing the experience with our community.
Our Wines
We craft a collection of wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Rhone grape varietals. Our wine quality is recognized through awards and acclaim received from wine critics and industry experts.
