Our Story

Mountain View Vineyard is a family-owned and operated winery, brewery, and distillery nestled in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Our journey began with a passion for grape growing and wine making, which started after a trip to the Finger Lakes region of New York. Inspired by the beauty and charm of the area, we decided to bring a taste of the Finger Lakes to the Poconos. We planted our first few dozen vines in our driveway's split rail fence and slowly grew our vineyard to what is now a nearly 100-acre farm with thousands of vines.

Our Mission

At Mountain View Vineyard, it has always been our mission to create the greatest experience for our guests by providing them with the finest products possible made with the least amount of chemical intervention in the vineyard, winemaking, and brewing process. We are committed to sustainability and minimizing our impact on the environment. To achieve this, we use organic practices such as minimizing the use of fungicides, using mulch to suppress weeds, and composting to retain moisture and promote beneficial microbial activity.
