At First Care Medical Center, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. We are an Internal Medicine/Family Medicine clinic, and we partner with our patients to manage their personalized health needs. Our Physicians

Our team of physicians includes Dr. Vikrant Salaria, Dr. Stephen C. Smith, Dr. Shelly Nanda, and Dr. Margarita Rodriguez Escobar. Each of our physicians is highly trained and experienced in their respective fields. They are dedicated to providing personalized care to each patient and are passionate about disease prevention, early diagnosis, and patient education.

Dr. Vikrant Salaria is a Board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a focus on diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, cancer prevention, and early diagnosis, COPD, osteoporosis, and joint disease. Dr. Stephen C. Smith is a Family Medicine physician with a special interest in sports medicine and mixed martial arts. Dr. Shelly Nanda is a Board-certified Family Medicine physician with a focus on women's health, preventive care, and well-child care. Dr. Margarita Rodriguez Escobar is a Family Medicine physician with over 23 years of experience in diagnosing and treating patients of all ages.

Convenient Locations

We have two convenient locations in Omaha and Council Bluffs. We provide medical services to all age groups for their acute as well as chronic medical problems. All our physicians are board certified and are very well trained in diagnosing and treating all medical problems with care and passion ranging from common cold to hypertension, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, arthritis.

New Patients

We welcome all new patients to our clinic. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before your first appointment. Please be sure to bring your current insurance card and ID. You are responsible for your copayment and/or deductible not paid by your insurance. We accept all insurances.

Special Offer

We offer a complete health package for $299, which includes a complete physical, EKG, lung function, and complete blood work (cholesterol panel, blood count, thyroid testing, and metabolic panel).
