About Our Instructor

Crystal Gray is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with over 17 years of teaching experience. She has taught over 3,100 hours of yoga classes and has worked with over 800 students. She holds multiple certifications, including a 200-Hour Yoga Teaching Certification, Relax and Renew Certification, 500-Hour Yoga Teaching Certification, and Yoga for Osteoporosis Certification. Crystal is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with her community and is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for her students.
