Our technicians have more than 20 years of experience in the field, specializing in commercial and industrial services. We are proud to be a family-owned and operated business, a member of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association of Texas.

Our History

Our founder, James Perry Wait, started his career in 1981. He has worked in various capacities, including appliance repair, boilers, chillers, residential air conditioning, electrical service, and plumbing service. In 2001, he started Wait Mechanical, Inc. out of his home with one truck. Today, we have grown to a company with 30 employees and a fleet of 20 trucks/vans. We offer our employees a competitive employment package, including health, dental, vision, and AFLAC insurance, as well as a 401K plan and liability insurance.
