Meet Dr. Nicholas Gahhos

Dr. Nicholas Gahhos is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has been practicing in Venice, Florida, for many years. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which is the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons. Dr. Gahhos' practice includes all aspects of aesthetic surgery, with a special interest in breast enlargement, facial rejuvenation, and skin cancer reconstruction.

Dr. Gahhos received his Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Biochemistry from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He then went on to complete his medical degree at the University of Ottawa, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Gahhos completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin, one of the nation's top plastic surgery programs.

Meet Our Staff

Our staff is comprised of talented and gracious individuals who are dedicated to providing our patients with the best possible care. Janice, our Administrative Director, has over twenty years of medical experience and has been with Dr. Gahhos since 2010. She is responsible for managing operations, compliance, personnel, coordinating surgery, and patient relations.

Linda, our Patient Account Specialist, has worked in medical billing for over twenty years and has been with Dr. Gahhos since 2007. She oversees the billing and medical records. Our staff is committed to ensuring that every patient feels comfortable, confident, and informed throughout their journey with us.

The Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art facility that is designed to provide our patients with the highest level of care. Our center includes a Skin Cancer Clinic, which is dedicated to the treatment of the world's most common malignancy. We are committed to encouraging early skin cancer detection and improving skin cancer care by concentrating exclusively on the treatment of skin malignancies.

Our ambulatory surgery center (ASC) is state-licensed and federally certified. It is equipped with the latest technology and is designed to provide our patients with a safe and comfortable environment for their surgical procedures. Our center is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), which is the leader in accrediting outpatient ambulatory surgery centers.

We offer a wide range of plastic surgery services, including cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Our cosmetic services include breast augmentation, breast implant revision, breast lift, body contouring procedures such as arm lift, thigh lift, and tummy tuck, facial rejuvenation procedures such as brow lift, chin surgery, eyelid surgery, facelift, facial implants, fat grafting, and neck lift, and rhinoplasty.
