At Alma's Children's Garden, we believe that every child is unique and learns at their own pace. Our staff are dedicated to providing a warm, supportive environment where children can learn through play and creative nurturing. We aim to create a challenging environment that contributes to the development of the child as a whole person.

Our day care facility, located in Oakland, California, has been serving parents and their children since 1998. We provide care for children from 13 months to 4 years old, with our dedicated team always ready to cater to their needs. We believe that every child deserves a safe and fun place for learning, and we strive to provide that environment for them.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple: we believe that each child is unique and learns at their own pace. We aim to build a warm, supportive environment where children learn through play and creative nurturing, as well as a challenging environment that contributes to the development of the child as a whole person. We also believe that teaching the children the basic things in life, such as good hygiene, eating manners, social skills, and good behavior, is very important. Learning when to say please and thank you are simple skills that will help the child grow to have a good attitude through their life.

Our Services

At Alma's Children's Garden, we offer a variety of services designed to meet the needs of both parents and children. Our day care hours are Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm PST, and we provide breakfast for all our children. We have openings for children from 12 months to 3 years old, between February and September. For more details, call us now!

We also offer a variety of activities designed to promote learning and development. These include outdoor play, music, dramatic play, and creative art. Our staff are CPR and First Aid Certified, ensuring that your child is always in good hands.
