Niskayuna Reformed Church is a welcoming congregation that has deep ties to the community. We are a diverse community of people who come together to celebrate our faith, support each other, and serve our world through the encouragement of God's Spirit and the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to help you grow in your faith and connect with others. Our Sunday morning worship service is held in the sanctuary at 9:30am, and we also offer online streaming for those who cannot join us in person. We also have weekly Bible studies, where we explore the scriptures and discuss how to apply them to our lives.

Nursery School

Our Church Nursery School is a non-sectarian, nonprofit nursery school that meets in the kindergarten room of the Education Building. Our program is designed to help children develop social skills, emotional growth, and motor skills in a nurturing and supportive environment. Our professional staff create a non-structured, non-pressuring program that encourages children to explore and learn through play.

History

Formal organization of the Congregation of the Reformed Church in Niskayuna is estimated to have occurred in 1750. The original Church at Niskayuna was a log building known as the "Gabat House", or Prayer House, which was erected at the intersection of River and Niskayuna Roads about 1680. Over the years, we have had several church buildings, with the current brick structure being built in 1852.
