Welcome to Desperado's, the heart of Indian Lake's social scene! Since the 1960s, our restaurant and bar have been serving up great food, cold drinks, and unforgettable entertainment to the community. Our doors are open 7 days a week, and we can't wait to share the Desperado's experience with you.

Our Story

In 2014, Jon Wackerman took the reins and gave our beloved establishment a fresh new look. From the neon sign outside to the modernized bathrooms, Jon's vision was to create a space where friends and family could gather, relax, and have a blast. He tripled the number of taps, added a margarita machine, and trained his staff to cook up the most mouth-watering steaks in town. Today, we're proud to be the go-to spot for live entertainment, serving up a minimum of 125 steaks a week and selling out of our famous ribs every Saturday.
