Our Artists

At Permanent Paint, we are proud to have a diverse team of talented artists. Libby Sheffield, our owner and a skilled tattoo artist, has a background in studio art with a concentration in sculpture. Sydney Herndon, our manager and another talented tattoo artist, has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Ceramics. Rachel Walker, our piercer and tattoo artist, brings her expertise in both tattooing and piercing. Each artist has their unique style and approach, ensuring that every piece of art is a reflection of their skill and creativity.
