At White Pumpkin, we're dedicated to helping couples turn their love into a celebration that they'll cherish for a lifetime. With years of experience in wedding planning, design, and coordination, we've honed our skills to ensure that every detail of your special day is meticulously planned and executed. Our team, led by Amanda Smith, an expert event consultant with a background in design, is committed to providing exceptional wedding design, consulting, and coordination services to make your wedding dreams come true.

What We Do

Our wedding design services are tailored to your unique needs, from providing a budget sketch to creating a critical path planning timeline, complete venue selection and renting, and holding four progress planning meetings. We'll help you develop your ideal event and see to it that the details are carried out to your specifications.

Our consulting services include vendor recommendations, task management, and vision refinement. We'll meet with you four times to ensure that every aspect of your wedding is taken care of. We'll also develop a detailed timeline for you, attend the final meeting at your venue, and include nine hours of wedding day coordination services.

As your wedding coordinator, we'll take care of the logistics, starting one month before your special day. We'll review vendor contracts, discuss event details, and develop a detailed timeline to ensure a seamless execution. Our coordination services include meeting with the couple, attending the final walkthrough at your venue, and leading the rehearsal as necessary.
