Our History

IAR was founded in 1987 by Karen Grando, who saw an opportunity to provide high-quality Environmental Services and Insulation solutions. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Karen has worked on numerous projects and has built a reputation for excellence. Today, IAR is a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and holds certifications in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Philadelphia.
