ID Requirements

To ensure the security and authenticity of documents, we require each signer to present at least one of the following forms of identification:

Driver's License or non-driver's ID card issued in the USA

U.S. Passport

U.S. Military ID Card that contains all required elements

Driver's License issued in Mexico or Canada

Foreign Passport stamped by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

Inmate ID issued by the California Department of Corrections

Fees

We adhere to the state regulations set by the State of California, and our fees are as follows:

Acknowledgements: $15.00 per signature, per person

Jurats: $15.00 per signature, per person

Oaths and Affirmations: $15.00 per signature, per person

Minimum Travel/Convenience fee: 0-5 miles: $25.00, 5-10 miles: $30.00, 10 miles and up: $35.00 and up

Loan Document Signing Fees: $100.00-$200.00 for the first set of loan documents, $50.00 for subsequent sets of loan documents at the same signing

Printing of E-docs (2 sets for one loan): $25.00

Email or Fax backs: $15.00
