She is particularly passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, codependency patterns, and self-worth issues. Elizabeth's approach is centered around empathy, compassion, and unconditional acceptance, creating a safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment or rejection.
