Our design/build process has two phases. In the preliminary design stage, we get to know you and your needs, ideas, and concerns. We develop schematic designs and project specifications, and then, once the design has been developed and agreed upon, we determine preliminary costing and product selections. After the preliminary design phase, the construction contract is written up and the project is scheduled for production.
