JM Albaine Engineering LLC is a structural engineering firm that provides quality engineering services. Founded in 2004, the company has been serving hundreds of clients across several states, including Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Montana, and North Carolina. Jose-Miguel (JM) Albaine, M.S., P.E., the principal of the company, has over 25 years of experience in the design, review, and inspection of buildings. Mr. Albaine's design philosophy emphasizes the importance of combining art and science in structural design. He has taught courses as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Connecticut and seminars on a request basis.

Our services include design, analysis, and evaluation of new and existing structures and substructures, including foundations. We assist with project development, inspection and monitoring of construction, and special consultation to other professionals such as architects and engineers. Additionally, we provide independent review of threshold structures and evaluation of damaged and/or failed structures.
