Our Story

With over 30 years of leadership and management experience, Martin has worked in various roles, including as an Instructor, Student Training Advisor, and Behavioral Health Clinician in the U.S. Air Force. After retirement, he continued to work in the addictions field, serving as the Director of an inpatient treatment facility and later as the Project Director of a federal grant focusing on building recovery support programs across North Carolina.

Martin's passion for helping others achieve their goals led him to establish 2BUnderstood, LLC. He recognized the need for individuals to not only believe in their potential for success but also to provide them with a clear roadmap to get there. His mission is to empower individuals to achieve increased incomes, build self-confidence, and develop strong relationships through improved communication and leadership mastery.
