We take pride in our convenient office hours, which are designed to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. Our office is open from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, on Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. We are committed to providing flexible scheduling options to meet your needs, and we accept walk-ins for urgent care.

• Dr. Samuel Borcherding: Dr. Borcherding is a Seymour, Indiana native who received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and performing a variety of office procedures.
• Dr. Aaron Frey: Dr. Frey is a family medicine physician who received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them achieve their health goals.
• Dr. Fye: Dr. Fye is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been practicing for over 20 years. He has a passion for preventive medicine and enjoys working with patients of all ages.
• Dr. Lemming: Dr. Lemming is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been practicing for over 10 years. She has a special interest in women's health and enjoys working with patients to help them achieve their health goals.
• Dr. Morin: Dr. Morin is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been practicing for over 15 years. He has a special interest in sports medicine and enjoys working with patients to help them maintain an active lifestyle.
• Dr. Shirley: Dr. Shirley is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been practicing for over 20 years. She has a passion for preventive medicine and enjoys working with patients to help them achieve their health goals.
• Dr. Snook-Tidd: Dr. Snook-Tidd is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been practicing for over 15 years. She has a special interest in adolescent medicine and enjoys working with patients to help them navigate the challenges of adolescence.
