Integrated Wellness Clinic

Integrated Wellness Clinic is a treatment program that is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for adult men and women who are struggling with substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our mission is to approach mental wellness from a collaborative care effort, and we strive to provide multidisciplinary care by assessing and offering which resources are best to treat all of life's setbacks with a team of wellness professionals both inside and outside of our clinic setting.

Our clinicians are focused on meeting the mental health needs of our neighbors in the community, and we have offices in Baton Rouge, Hammond, Lafayette, and Plaquemine. We provide individual, couples & family counseling for children, teens, and adults, and we are committed to helping those who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other issues that concern them. Our Services

At Integrated Wellness Clinic, we offer a variety of services to help those who are struggling with substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Our treatment program is based upon the belief that chemical dependency and mental health diagnoses are medical diseases requiring intervention in a holistic and simultaneous manner. We believe that an abstinence-based approach best prepares clients to achieve long-term success, and we are committed to helping our clients achieve lasting recovery.

Our multidisciplinary treatment teams include a psychiatrist, a psychologist, masters level therapists, nursing staff, certified addiction therapists, a nutritionist, case managers, support counselors, and behavioral health technicians. We involve our clients in the development of their treatment plans, and all care is provided in a supportive atmosphere of dignity and respect.

In addition to our general services, we also offer specialized treatment for those who are struggling with specific issues. For example, we offer criminal justice interventions for those who are involved in the criminal justice system, and we provide unique continuum of care for those who require a more intensive level of treatment. We also offer true co-occurring treatment for those who are suffering from dual diagnosis issues, and we teach clients how to manage their mental health symptoms and replace abusive thought patterns and behaviors with productive life skills so they can function in everyday society.

At Integrated Wellness Clinic, we provide a healthy and safe environment for our clients to heal and work on themselves without the distractions and stress from the outside world. We are a pillar in the South Louisiana recovery community, and we work hand in hand with Saint Luke's Healthcare and Woodlake Addiction Treatment Center to provide our clients with a full continuum of care.
