Holly View Turf and Lawn Care, Inc. is a locally owned, full service lawn care company serving Fredericksburg, Virginia and surrounding counties since 2000. We specialize in providing an array of lawn care services designed to keep your yard looking green and weed free while being conscience of our environment. Holly View Turf and Lawn, Inc. is currently working with Virginia's Department of Conservation and Recreation (VDCR) to protect Virginia's waters.

Our services include Fertilizing, Weed Control, Grub Control, Aeration, Seeding, and Disease Control. We offer three lawn care packages designed to meet the needs of your lawn, including a Basic Lawn Care Package, a Premium Lawn Care Package, and a Custom Lawn Care Package. Each package is tailored to address specific lawn care needs such as fertilizing, weed control, and pest management.

Our History

Holly View Turf and Lawn Care, Inc. was incorporated in January 2000 by Glenn and Anita Smith of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Our business has evolved over the years from a mowing and landscaping company to a full service chemical lawn care company. In the Spring of 2004, we were issued our pesticide business license from Virginia's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Department (VDACS). This license allows us to legally operate as a full service lawn care company.

In the Fall of 2006, our lawn care program was endorsed by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation. This endorsement means that we have voluntarily agreed to conform our lawn care program to protect Virginia waters and the Chesapeake Bay. Protection of our valuable natural resources does not mean we use fewer materials, it means we use better materials at the right time of the year.

Why the Name?

The name "Holly View" was chosen in honor of the street Glenn grew up on, Holly View Court. After several years of working in both law enforcement and the financial industry, Glenn returned to the green industry for a more flexible career. This time, he decided to use his old name and Holly View was reborn.
