At Uncompahgre River RV Park, we pride ourselves on providing a tranquil and comfortable setting for adults over 50 to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Western Colorado. Our park is strategically located, offering easy access to numerous attractions and opportunities for discovery. With over 1/3 mile of river frontage on 29 acres, our park provides ample space for relaxation and recreation.

Our Park

Nestled amongst the cottonwoods flanking the river and surrounded by corn fields, our park offers the perfect blend of rural charm and urban amenities. Each of our RV sites is equipped with full hook-ups and concrete pads and patios, surrounded by natural grass. We are continually working to expand and improve our park, with recent additions including wood sculptures and riverside benches by local artist Ken Braun Jr. of Montrose. Our park is also home to an abundance of wildlife, including geese, ducks, owls, bald eagles, and more.

From fishing and golfing to exploring the local shops and restaurants, there's something for everyone at Uncompahgre River RV Park. Take a stroll along the river and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or cast a line and try your luck at catching one of the many brown trout in the river. With five golf courses within 25 miles, you can tee off and be back in time for brunch. We also offer storage units for golf carts, ATVs, and other possessions, making it easy to bring your favorite toys along.
