Evergreen Coho SKP RV Park

Founded in 1989, Evergreen Coho SKP RV Park is a cooperative 55+ RV community located on Washington's Olympic Peninsula. Our park was built by Escapees RV Club members who envisioned a welcoming space for travelers to connect through shared experiences. With 175 full-hookup sites and modern amenities, we offer both permanent memberships and short-term rentals while maintaining a volunteer-driven operational model. Our community emphasizes fellowship through organized activities, committee participation, and social events that reflect our founding principles of caring and sharing. The park's infrastructure includes electrical, water, and sewer systems designed for large RVs, complemented by recreational facilities like an off-leash dog park and clubhouse with multiple activity rooms.

Our location near Port Townsend provides access to award-winning outdoor activities while maintaining a temperate climate for year-round enjoyment. The park's governance structure ensures member involvement through elected committees responsible for maintenance, utilities, and community planning. Our volunteer workforce keeps operational costs low while maintaining high standards for facilities and grounds. We continue to expand our offerings through member-driven initiatives while preserving the cooperative spirit that defined our establishment over three decades ago.
