Evergreen Coho SKP RV Park, located in Washington State on the Olympic Peninsula near the historic Victorian seaport town of Port Townsend, Washington, is a cooperative 55+ RV community that prides itself on its friendly folk and participation-based living. As a member of the Escapee RV Club system, we offer both permanent memberships for qualified Escapee members and short-term rental lots.

Our park is designed to cater to the needs of RV enthusiasts who enjoy outdoor activities and appreciate a community-oriented lifestyle. We take reservations for our rental lots for current Escapee RV Club members, and we encourage visitors to join us for a day, a week, or even become a member of Evergreen Coho SKP RV Park to enjoy our friendly park all year long.

Our Services

Evergreen Coho SKP RV Park is dedicated to providing its members and guests with a range of amenities that cater to their needs and preferences. These include:

• 175 Large (40'x70') Full Hook-up lots, with some available as monthly rentals
• 11 daily/weekly full hook-up sites
• 11 daily/weekly electric & water sites
• All sites are 50/30/15 amp electric
• Dry Camp/Overflow Parking Area
• Modern Laundry facilities
• Clean Shower Facilities
• Clubhouse w/ game room, craft room, library, exercise room
• Outdoor Kitchen & BBQ Area
• Horseshoe Pits & Pool Tables
• Pet Friendly w/ Off-leash Dog Park
• Propane, by appointment
• RV/Boat Storage Area, for leaseholders
