Our Team

Our team is comprised of dedicated cyclists who understand the importance of a good ride. From our owner Sean Pepin to our shop manager JC Lakey, each member brings their unique experience and expertise to the table. We're proud to have AJ Czarniecki-Atwell handling our social media and Bryan McCutchen as one of our skilled mechanics. Together, we strive to provide exceptional service and create an environment that's both welcoming and informative.

Services

At HQ Bike and Outdoor, we offer a range of services designed to keep you riding smoothly. From basic tune-ups to premium maintenance, we've got you covered. We also provide individual labor rates for more extensive repairs. If you're looking to rent a bike, we have a variety of options available. Our Location

We're situated in Banner Elk, North Carolina, surrounded by some of the best mountain biking trails and road riding routes on the East Coast. Our shop is open Monday through Sunday, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday. Whether you're a local or just visiting, we're here to help you make the most of your time on two wheels.
