Gray House Motel

The Gray House Motel has been a cornerstone of hospitality in Gregory, South Dakota since 2008. Owned and operated by Troy and Paula Sundquist, our family-run business combines personal service with modern amenities to create a welcoming environment for travelers. With roots in the local community dating back to our high school years, we returned to Gregory after 16 years in Omaha to raise our family and pursue entrepreneurship. Our 11 main-floor rooms feature contemporary comforts including wireless internet, cable TV, and kitchenettes, while our 24-hour cancellation policy ensures flexibility for guests. Located along Highway 18, we offer convenient access to the Avera Gregory Hospital, Gregory Industrial Park, and downtown attractions.

Our commitment to cleanliness and customer service has earned us loyal patrons who return year after year for business trips, hunting expeditions, and family events. We take pride in maintaining a pet-free, non-smoking environment that feels like home away from home. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or extended stay, our team works diligently to ensure every guest experiences the genuine hospitality that defines our establishment. The motel's proximity to outdoor recreation areas, local businesses, and sporting events makes it an ideal base for exploring the region. Through years of operation, we've built relationships with countless visitors while continuing to improve our offerings based on guest feedback.
