Our headquarters is located in the Fox Cities, and we service the region from two convenient locations, one in Appleton and one in Milwaukee. We are a fully insured commercial and residential roofing company, and we have our own thermo scan equipment to test for water saturation due to water leaks. We are also fully licensed, offer long-term warranties, and are OSHA 10 certified.

Commercial Flat Roofing

SPS is the market leader in flat roof services, new construction or re-roof. We specialize in many types of single-ply applications and installations. Membrane or rubber roof systems can be installed many different ways, including mechanically fastened, adhered, or ballasted. All of these work well for industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities.

We have seen a rise in metal recovers due to the tough conditions of the Midwest winters. Some metal roofs fail due to the freeze and thaw cycle as exposed fasteners tend to "pop" and seams fail. It is beneficial to add insulation at this time, which many customers do, or are ecstatic with the recovery board alone. We pride ourselves on extending your roof's life through repairs and maintenance. Just because you have a leak doesn't mean you need a complete new roof. Many times with EPDM roofs, there is stretching and shrinking. With GBUR or BUR systems, there are tears that just need to be repaired.

Commercial Metal Roofing

The term standing seam metal roof system is thrown around very loosely these days. SPS Roofing Systems uses the Traditional Standing Seam System, the seam is mechanically folded. The traditional standing seam has proven itself as a lifelong roofing system - in Europe, there are roofs more than 1200 years old that are still water-tight using this technique. The traditional standing seam is now bent with a machine, rather than by hand. We have our own traditional standing seam machine, and we are able to fabricate all the pans on the job site.

In an attempt to enter the skilled market of standing seam metal, many contractors have begun to install the "snap or locking" standing seam system, claiming they are all the same. The snap or locking systems are lower quality when compared to the traditional technique.
