Yes, we operate 365 days a year including major holidays. A $10 surcharge applies for services on New Year's Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays.
How are keys handled securely?
We use a dual-key system: one remains in a client-controlled lockbox at your home, and a backup is stored securely in our office. Each lockbox includes a $20 fee that covers your personal combination device.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks. Payment for travel services is required before departure, while daily walking clients receive bi-monthly billing statements.
