Our team is led by Dr. Teena Waltman, a licensed PA veterinarian with years of experience in treating all types of pets. Our team includes Sharon M, our skilled Lead Technician, and Lilly M, our Receptionist. We are proud to have a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to animals.
Dr. Teena Waltman
Dr. Waltman received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Slippery Rock University and her Master's degree in Pathobiology from Penn State University. She attended Purdue University, School of Veterinary Medicine, and has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 25 years.
Sharon M
Sharon has always had a passion for caring for animals. She began her career working in a pet shop and eventually became a certified veterinary technician. Sharon joined Deer Creek Animal Hospital LLC in 2007 and has over 25 years of experience in the field.
Lilly M
Lilly was hired in 1989 by Dr. Paul Eismann shortly after he opened his practice. She has over 20 years of experience as a veterinary technician and has also worked as a front desk receptionist/CSR for 13 years.

Professionalism and Competence
Some reviewers praised Deer Creek Animal Hospital for their professionalism and competence in handling their pets' conditions. For instance, Haasome Ace appreciated the hospital's thoroughness and professionalism in caring for their pet, Madie. Likewise, Elizabeth Boofer was grateful for the quick answers they received regarding their cat's condition. On the other hand, Melinda Khristine had a negative experience, citing that the hospital's negligence in administering anesthesia led to the death of their 7-month-old bunny.
