Our park is located on all paved roads for easy travel, and we offer spacious concrete pad RV sites with full hookups, including pull-through and back-in sites, 30/50 amp connections, full sewer connections, water connections regulated at 50 PSI, and trash disposal. We also have three storm shelters on-site for your peace of mind.

In addition to our spacious RV sites, we offer a range of amenities, including three storm shelters, large shaded park areas, a coin-operated laundromat, a new playground area, and free fiber WiFi. Our park is also conveniently located near several attractions, including Oklahoma State University, which is just 7 miles away. Watch Big 12 Football, Basketball, 34-time National Championship Wrestling, Soccer, Tennis, Award-Winning Golf & more! Lake Carl Blackwell & McMurty Lake offer world-class Crappie and Hybrid Striper Fishing. The fishing is so good that Fox Sports Southwest did a complete show on it! Local Golf Courses such as Karsten Creek, The home of the Oklahoma State Men's and Women's golf programs was named one of the best and most challenging courses in the country. Cimarron Trails is a local favorite, and Lakeside Memorial Golf Course is the local city course that offers very reasonable rates.
