Flooring Services LLC (FSL) is one of the largest flooring companies in the Southeast, serving both commercial and residential clients for over twenty years. Founded in 1999 by Barry Blackmon in historic Charleston, South Carolina, the company has since been owned by Jay and Mike Schwartz, who have continued the tradition of excellence by keeping the previous ownership involved as employees and advisors. Our dedicated staff has the expertise to handle any project, including home and office renovations as well as new construction.

We are a family-owned and operated business, championing honor and integrity as our core values, along with a commitment to customer service and building good relationships with our clientele and the greater community. While we specialize in multi-family dwellings, hospitality, and office buildings, our operation is versatile, equipped to handle projects of any size and scope.
