Joe DeLany has been in the construction and development business for over 30 years, with experience in new residential homes, subdivisions, renovations, and commercial construction. He has a broad background of experience and uses this to help clients make educated decisions that make financial sense while creating their dream homes. Joe holds a real estate broker's license and dedicates time to charitable work, including the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Jim DeLany is a licensed general contractor and holds a light commercial license, allowing him to specialize in building both private family homes and commercial businesses. He has worked in the contracting and building industry for 30 years and has been involved in the creation and completion of over 500 successful projects. Jim values professionalism, integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and developing a quality relationship with clients.
