In addition to therapy and partnerships, our innovative fitness and consultative programs offer solutions to those who desire to age in place and support those who care for them.

Our Services

We offer a range of outpatient therapy services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, all provided in the comfort of your own home. Our services are reimbursed by Medicare Part B and most other insurances, and being 'homebound' is not required. Our specialties include Aging in Place, Falls Prevention, Hand Therapy, Memory and Cognition, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Rehab to Home, Low Vision, and Fit 2 Function.

Our Company History

Goodcare AtHome Rehab was founded in 2014 by Jill Gabbert, an occupational therapist. She was motivated to meet the needs of her patients who didn't qualify for home health therapy services, but would still greatly benefit from therapy in their home. She felt her patients would be more successful at home and also less likely to return to the hospital if a therapist could help them reinforce what they learned in rehab to their home setting. Goodcare AtHome Rehab became the first mobile outpatient clinic in the upper midwest.
