Borderboxes

The Borderland's Shipping & Receiving Headquarters, located at 1801 2nd Ave, Int'l Falls, MN 56649, is a one-stop-shop for all your shipping and receiving needs. We are open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and we have an after-hours parcel pickup service available. Our staff is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all your shipping needs are met.

Mailbox Center

Our Mailbox Center offers safety, security, and convenience with our private mail box rentals. We accept all carriers including UPS, FED-EX, USPS, SPEE-DEE, and all LTL (Freight) companies. We have the ability to receive a pallet that weighs up to 2,500 pounds. With over 1,000 mailboxes rented out consistently, it's no wonder why Canadians and Americans alike choose Border Boxes for their mail and parcel receiving needs.

We offer different tiers of mailbox rentals, including TIER 1, TIER 2, and TIER 3, depending on the number of packages you receive per year. Additionally, we offer a general mailbox rental service for anyone who wants to send parcels to Border Boxes.

Shipping Center

Our Shipping Center provides multi-carrier shipping and custom packaging services. We can handle all of your shipping and packaging needs, shipping via UPS, FED-EX, SPEE-DEE, USPS, and various LTL Freight companies. We can ship up to 2,500 pounds and crate or palletize the shipment for you. We also sell stamps individually or by the book or roll and offer most of the USPS flat rate shipping boxes, all with FREE tracking.

If you have something valuable or fragile that you need shipped, our expert packaging staff can handle that. Our packaging meets all of the major carriers' damage claim standards, and in the rare event that something goes awry in the shipment, we handle all the hassles of the claims and paperwork. We can also insure most items up to $50,000 dollars.

We carry over 20 different shipping and moving boxes and envelopes, including bubble wrap, heavy 40 lb kraft-paper, and packing peanuts. All of these items are available conveniently by the roll, foot, or bag. We also offer full-service packaging for a small fee, depending on the size of the boxes.
