Edison further honed his skills working in prestigious Manhattan workrooms, specializing in high-end furniture upholstery. This rich foundation laid the groundwork for Genesis Upholstery's success, starting as a small workroom nestled within New York City's bustling fashion district. Edison's leadership as head upholsterer, complemented by his wife's expertise as head seamstress, forged a strong family tradition that continues today.

After fifteen years of perfecting our craft in the heart of NYC, we expanded our operations to Passaic, NJ. This move allowed us to take on larger projects and expedite our turnaround times, catering to an ever-growing client base.
