Unprofessional and Inadequate Service
Several reviewers had extremely negative experiences with Danny Hood's Rental Agency. Lack of Communication was a common issue, with many feeling that their calls and emails were ignored or left unanswered. Rhonda Renee Sosanna Olson recounted her experience of trying to list her house with the agency, only to encounter numerous issues with documentation and electronic signatures. Gatta The Great also had trouble with the agency, discovering that a property they listed was in a high flood area and was not adequately disclosed.
Incompetence and Misrepresentation were also apparent in several reviews. Lesha Denise reported that she gave the agency $100 multiple times, only to be told that houses were unavailable when they were not. Alyssa H. had a similar experience, with the agency taking four weeks to respond to her inquiries and charging her a large sum of money upfront without properly communicating with her landlord.
Negative Customer Service was a recurring theme. Y. D. J. Olds was not impressed with the service they received, citing a lack of follow-up and unclear communication. Wayne C. and Gregory Williams both described the agency's customer service as "the worst" and warned others to avoid doing business with them.
